By signing and returning this form, I agree that participation in Auburn’s 1st Annual Art in the Park Juried Art Show is at the sole risk of the exhibitor. Exhibitors shall be held responsible for all activities and those of any authorized representatives. Exhibitors shall not hold liable Auburn’s Art Show Committee, co-sponsors, the City of Auburn or any of its representatives for any damages to persons, property, or otherwise related to participation in the Show. Collection and payment of applicable state and federal taxes is the sole responsibility of the undersigned exhibitor. If the event is cancelled for any reason, the above-mentioned will not be held responsible for lost business or inconvenience. Exhibitors understand that event fees will not be refunded. All monies are used prizes and awards. Proceeds beyond prizes/awards will support Auburn’s 150th Anniversary Celebration.
